I. Commitment to Open Access
Air Force EngineeringUniversity Journal is committed to advancing global knowledge sharing through equitable and sustainable Open Access (OA). The Journal endorses Diamond OA as a non-commercial, community-driven model to eliminate financial barriers for both authors and readers.
II. Scope & Funding
1. This policy applies to all scholarly outputs published in Air Force Engineering University Journal
Including but not limited to research articles, datasets and multimedia materials.
2. Funding Mechanism
Publication costs are fully covered byAir Force Engineering University’s special funds, with no page charge and Article Processing Charges (APCs) levied on authors. Instead, the Journal offers remuneration for the author’s high-quality contribution. External grants may supplement funding while adhering to OA mandates.
III. Key Principles
1. Immediate and Permanent Access
All content is made freely available upon publication, permitting unrestricted reuse with proper attribution.
2. Author Rights Retention
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the Journal a non-exclusive license to distribute and preserve the content.
3. Rigorous Peer Review
All submissions undergo independent, transparent peer review (e.g., double-blind or open review) to ensure academic quality. Reviewers are compensated for their service.

V. Exceptions & Revisions
Exceptions require written approval from the sponsoring unit of Air Force Engineering University Journal. This policy is subject to revision every three years, with amendments published on the Journal’s Homepage.
