Abstract:By studying the feature of the curve of the Hurst exponent changing with the time, a method of calculating and judging the average "memorial" range of the chaotic time series, the mean period, is presented in this paper. When the curve is drawn according to the 7 steps give in the paper, you may find that there will be a peak value on the curve. The time point corresponding to this peak should be the mean period of the time series. Some results of the aircraft intactness ratio data by using this method have been approved by the related experts and can surely be used for the ulterior evaluation of the data.

Abstract:During the terminal atmospheric flight phase, the space shuttle is an unpowered glide vehicle. The terminal area energy management (TAEM) system uses energy - range profile to guide the vehicle and control the energy dissipation so as to guide the vehicle onto the safe land window. Based on total energy control principle, this paper gives the range prediction and guidance method for every sub phase of TAEM flight. Simulation results show that TAEM guidance law can meet the requirements of auto landing.

Abstract:Track initiation is a precondition to carry out tracking targets effectively. In the paper, an algorithm of track initiation based on clustering and Logic - Basic approach is proposed. First., the data transmitted to the fusion center are clustered, which makes the data in each cluster stand for the same target. Then the center of each cluster is found and taken as the measurement from single radar. By doing so, the track initiation process is simplified. According to the characteristic of targets' movement, an improvement is made in the Logic-Basic approach. Simulation results indicate that the algorithm is effective.

Abstract:Among the methods of jamming the direction-finding system of the guide head of a missile, twinkle jamming is generally considered a kind of rather available method. To a great extent, the effect of twinkle jamming lies in the distance between the emission sources and the twinkle frequency. This paper presents a new rule to evaluate the jamming effectiveness - least variance - to - expectation ratio rule. And based on this rule optimization algorithm of twinkle jamming by two planes is elucidated.

Abstract:An M - FSM model is proposed for the multi-stage vulnerable operations. The goal of this M - FSM is to reason how the implemented step - by - step operation, or more precisely each step activity within the whole operation, contributes an attack goal. This model can be used in discovering attack paths to critical network resources. From these attack paths the system administrator can then derive an expression for network safety in terms of the initial configuration and take measures to reinforce the network.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization of troops mobile path according to the two constraints of best time and most survival probability, which is put forward as a multi-objective linear programming problem. First, models of shortest path problem and Dijkstra algorithm are expounded, and then the objective of most survival probability is transformed into the shortest path problem. After that a multi-objective linear programming model is established. And the process pf operation in establishing the model by using STEM algorithm is described. Finally, the model and the algorithm are verified in usability through an example.

Abstract:To improve the performance of the adaptive scene -based technology for non-uniformity correction, an adaptive non-uniformity correction technology for infrared focal plane arrays based on pre-processing with median filter is proposed. The proposed algorithm has been tested with the video sequences of simulated and real infrared data, reaching high correction levels, reducing the fixed pattern noise and preserving image details. The algorithm has low computational complexity and can obtain an efficient frame by frame adaptive estimation of detector's gain and offset.

Abstract:This paper presents an RF pulse signal detecting system based on MSP430F1121, the pulse may be high-frequency, low-amplitude and narrow-width. A general design of the system is introduced. The system can effectively detect the pulse signal when pulse-widthτ≥ 0.7μs , duty-cycle D < 1/2000, and its amplitude P ≥―15 dBm. By controlling the time between interruptions, the system can eliminate the influence of disturbance signal efficiency. Experiments have proved that the system is simple in its circuit, effective and reliable in operating performance.

Abstract:On discussing the defects of the traditional voice activity detection method based on cepstrum distance, this paper proposes an improved project. In this method, an accurate SNR estimation is made at first, and the discriminative threshold is fixed according to the relationship between SNR and the threshold, then the accurate end-point can be confirmed, in the end the simulation experiments are made with a lot of noisy speech signals ranging from - 5dB to 20 dB in three representative noisy environments. The result shows that the comparatively accurate speech endpoints can be detected by the above method in different SNR environments.

Abstract:This thesis briefly introduces the theory of TCM. By using the Euclidean Weight of error sequences as the coding metric, the algorithm of the Free Euclidean Distance in traditional coding schemes is improved, and the Viterbi Maximum- Likelihood decoding algorithm is optimized by simplifying the calculation of the conditional decoding probability, thus the improvement has been made in the performance of the whole system. Finally, it is verified that this scheme can get higher asymptotic coding gain through MATLAB simulation, which makes the system performance approach the asymptotic limit in theory compared with the traditional scheme.

Abstract:The transform domain LMS algorithm is integrated with variable step - size LMS algorithm and BLMS algorithm, from which a new transform domain variable step - size BLMS adaptive algorithm is presented. The algorithm, which has the advantages of the above three algorithms, can reduce the cross - correlation of input signals effectively and overcome the conflict, caused by the fixed step -size factor, between high convergence rate and low steady -state maladjustment in LMS algorithm, simultaneously it has a better real time behavior. The computer simulation results indicate that the new algorithm has higher convergence rate, lower maladjustment noise and can be applied effectively to the antenna adaptive transmitter - receiver isolation system of jammer.

Abstract:The conceptions called non-inferior Nash strategies for linear quadratic multi-team differential games are introduced. The necessary and sufficient conditions for its existence are derived. The second objective within each team is investigated in the preconditions of Nash competition between the teams and of cooperation within each team. A static game between the teams for their cooperative weight vectors within each team is established, and the optimal weight vectors of satisfying the equilibrium for the second objectives between the teams are obtained. The open-loop non-inferior Nash strategies of satisfying the non-inferior optimum for the first objective and the equilibrium between the teams for the second objective are developed. Finally, an economic game example in two team systems is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the strategy.
