Abstract:This paper presents a simple method of unvoiced/voiced classification based on combinatorial parameters, which decreases the overlap area of the characteristic probability density of the unvoiced/voiced speech signals. Abstract:The speech recognition software Spark SDK, which can be developed again, is designed by Lernout and Hauspie company. And it is designed to provide a fast and easy way for the developers to add voice command recognition function into their application program. This paper introduces the method of realizing connected digit recognition by editing the function of professional words recognition and modifying the grammar rules of Spark SDK in radar intelligence oral-reporting system. The result shows that the recognition ratio is greatly improved.

Abstract:This paper presents a new method in estimating the direction of more signal waves under conditions of low signal-to-noise ratio and short data. Simultaneously in the paper first some reasonable assumptions are given, then the mathematical model is created. Through deduction the covariance equation of the signal and the character subspace are obtained, at the same time, the covariance equation of noise and the noise space should also be taken into consideration.

Abstract:Photoelectric detecting technology has been adopted to check to see if there are faults, knots etc. in the threads on the warping machine. Then, the signal to show the evidence of faults is not obvious but weak at the terminal because of the threads' rapid movement, vibration and of the strong light and electric interference in the site. In order to strengthen the sensitivity of weak signal in detection, measures such as dynamic detection, reduction of circuit noise, dual judgment, etc. are employed, thus the system's false ratio in detection is greatly decreased while its reliability is improved.

Abstract:The ultra wide band capability of the thick single pole vibrator antenna is studied with the method of moment (MOM) in this paper. The antenna's current distribution, input impedance, radiation direction patterns, the varying characteristics of voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) with frequency are studied respectively. The results show that this antenna has a good ultra wide band capability. A thick single pole vibrator antenna, 50mm long and 5mm in diameter, fed with 50Ω coaxial line and with its base connected to an infinite large conductor plate, is designed at frequency f0 = 1.4CH z. The testing results are satisfied with the theoretical ones on the whole. And the ultra wide band capability is proved and verified in practical use.

Abstract:The research on PIM of the coaxial cable assembly is one of the important tasks for the modern high power communication system. In this paper, an equivalent model of the coaxial cable assembly is introduced. According to the model, the relationships between PIM produced by the cable assembly, the frequency and the length of the cable can be predicted, which is instructive for the specifications and proper use of the cable assembly in communication systems.

Abstract:This paper presents a new model of the steady state analysis of variable displacement hydraulic pump which is called the invariable pressure and invariable flow model. By the new model, a variable displacement hydraulic pump is simulated by the ordinary hydraulic component with hydraulic resistance, abrupt pressure change and invariable flow. The variable displacement hydraulic pump exists as an ordinary hydraulic component in the system and needn't to be simplified as a boundary point when a system model is established in analyzing the steady state characteristic of a hydraulic system.

Abstract:In this paper the model of difference equations for a kind of deterministic multi-phase decision making system and the existence conditions of its steady-state solution are derived, and the steady-state solution is obtained. Meanwhile the method of determining the unknown parameters in the model is proposed. By using Markov decision-making method, the steady-state solution for corresponding stochastic model is given and the optimal adjusting strategy that makes the system operation attain the ideal state is proposed.

In this paper, the problem of transportation restricted in time is discussed and the scheduling method in table is improved.
