    Abstract:

    A modified state-space equation model is presented, based on a model with double-scroll-like dynamics, which is appropriate for the realization of log-domain circuits. By simulating studies, the result shows that the model has a positive Lyapunov exponent, which verifies the existence of chaos. A chaotic oscillator with the log-domain circuits is also given.
