In this paper, the singular integral is treated analytically, and a method to ascertain the attachment radii is proposed. A monopole is analyzed by the method provided in this paper. The calculated results agree well with those of the reference and the measurement respectively, which indicates that the analytical expressions derived in this paper are correct and accurate and the method to ascertain the attachment radii is efficient.
