In theory the waveform matching algorithm is deduced in detail. Then, feature extraction and classified distinguishing are achieved for UWB radar returns, and besides, this algorithm is simulated via computer. The result of simulation shows that this radar target recognition method is good in effect, and simultaneously can be easily realized.
