    Abstract:

    The fundamental notions and operations on Atanassov's Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets are first introduced. Both the operations on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logic and the knowledge representation by it are described with the emphasis on proposing a symmetric synthesized technique for the truth of IFL propositions and defining the fundamental operations on IFL propositions. All kinds of approaches to computing the semantic matching degree on IFS, including those of near compactness, semantic distance, similarity and compound conditions match, are discussed. Finally, the essence of morality for conflict resolving over Intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning is expounded.
