    Abstract:

    The research on PIM of the coaxial cable assembly is one of the important tasks for the modern high power communication system. In this paper, an equivalent model of the coaxial cable assembly is introduced. According to the model, the relationships between PIM produced by the cable assembly, the frequency and the length of the cable can be predicted, which is instructive for the specifications and proper use of the cable assembly in communication systems.
