The air defense C3I system has been an important part of modern war and its fighting efficiency analysis is put much emphasis on .By analyzing the capability of the air defense C3I system, an index system is built up for synthetic evaluation of the air defense C3I fighting efficiency, and a new evaluating model and method is proposed by means of fuzzy evaluation model.
