A criterion theorem of orthomorphic matrix and linear orthomorphic permutation is obtained by using rational standard theory of matrix and the structure of Linear orthomorphic permutation is also solved by a constructive approach. The enumeration problem of MLOP put forward by Gu Dawu and Xiao guozhen is answered by using primitive polynomial.
