According to the fragment warhead of the missile , we propose dynamic characteristic of fragment dispersion in different reference frames ， calculatedynamic distributing density function in earth reference frame and missíle reference frame ,and point out the dispersion section of the warhead is different from the dynamic distributing density in earth refcrence frame and missile reference frame.
