In order to meet the needs of the precision assessment of the fall points in missile design and experiment, this paper, taking missile accuracy evaluation system of the fall points as a research object, designs and develops system database, data processing subsystem and evaluation subsystem based on the needs of thinking way in general design of the system. And simultaneously the paper gives detailed calculation steps and computational models of modules. The stability and maintainability of the system are tested by an actual example of a software application. The design of the system provides a technological support for equipment stereotypes, operational application and for the research and development unit to verify the design idea and inspect the production technology.
