This paper proposes a data link layer protocol stack, FSP on the analysis of various kinds of classical techniques that support the integrated services in VSAT satellite communication network. The design and key technique of FSP are presented, which are simulated to compare FSP and other well-accepted technologies by OPNET, and the result shows that FSP is capable of performing better than the others.
