Based on variable type of air defense missile technology criteria of each country, an inverse DEA model is established and applied to missile weapon system acquisition in order to calculate the variation of the missile acquisition fee when the performance criteria value waves under unchangeable condition of effective value, which provides quantitative analysis method for weapon system acquisition.
